Banjara Kabab Recipe
Ingredients:
500 grams boneless chicken, cut into cubes
1 cup thick yogurt
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
1/2 Tsp- Jeera power
salt as per taste
1tsp - elaichi power
1/2 stp chaat masala
2 spoon garam masala
1tsp - Amul better
1/2 spoon Tsp-creamy cashew paste
1/2 spoon cheese Amul
1/2 spoon green chilli paste
1/spoon kasturi methi power
1/2 spoon lemon juice
1/ spoon dalchini power
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 lemon (juiced)
Orange yellow green mix colour
Skewers for grilling
For Marinade:
In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, geen chili poste, powder, garam masala, jeera powder, cumin powder, salt, and oil.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat your grill or oven.
Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
Grill the skewers, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char, about 15-20 minutes.
While grilling, baste the chicken with a mixture of lemon juice and oil for added flavor and moisture.
Once done, remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
