Certainly! Here's a delicious Tandoori Fish recipe for you:

Tandoori Fish Recipe
Ingredients:
500g firm white fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon jeera powder
1 tablespoon Mustard souce
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
2/3 tablespoon mustard oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Fresh coriander leaves (cilantro) for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
Marination:

Clean and pat dry the fish fillets.
In a large bowl, combine yogurt,
ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, garam masala, lemon juice, vegetable oil, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
Marinate the Fish:

Coat the fish fillets thoroughly with the marinade, making sure each fillet is well covered. You can make a few diagonal cuts on the fillets to allow the marinade to penetrate.
Refrigerate:

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight. This allows the flavors to infuse into the fish.
Preheat the Oven or Grill:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) or your grill to medium-high heat.
Cooking:

If using an oven, place the marinated fish on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through, flipping halfway through.
If using a grill, place the marinated fish directly on the grill grates. Grill for 8-10 minutes per side or until the fish is cooked and has a nice char.
Serve:

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves (cilantro) and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
Enjoy your homemade Tandoori Fish! You can serve it with naan, rice, or a side salad for a complete meal.
