Crispy Ranch Chicken Tenders 🍗🌿






📋 Ingredients List:  
🐔 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
🥛 2 C buttermilk
🌾 2 C all-purpose flour
🌿 1 packet Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix (non-alcoholic alternative)
🌑 1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
🍃 1 teaspoon dried parsley
🛢️ Canola or peanut oil for frying
📝Instructions:


1️⃣ Soak: Place all the chicken tenders in a large bowl or in an 8×8 baking dish, cover with buttermilk. Ensure no tenders are stuck together but have buttermilk on both sides as they soak while your oil is heating. 🛁
2️⃣ Coat: In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, Ranch seasoning, pepper, and parsley. Place one buttermilk-coated tender in the flour mixture. Generously cover sides and top with flour mixture and gently press flour mixture into the chicken tender. Turn chicken tender over and repeat the process until it is well coated with flour. Place coated chicken tender on a wire rack with a baking sheet underneath to rest until all tenders have been coated. 🍚
3️⃣ Fry: Place 3-4 tenders in heated oil and cook for 5-8 minutes on one side, then turn over. Cook for 5-8 more minutes and let chicken get golden brown and crispy all over. 🍳

For a healthier option, try air frying the chicken tenders.
Serve with a variety of dipping sauces to enhance the flavor.
