mushroom cheese Kabab recipe

Mushroom cheese kababs are a delicious vegetarian option, packed with flavor and texture. Here's a simple recipe to make them:

Ingredients:
200g mushrooms, finely chopped
1 cup paneer (Indian cottage cheese), grated
1 small onion, finely chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 green chili, finely chopped (adjust according to taste)
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella work well)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon white paper powder
Salt to taste
Tandoor for frying
Instructions:
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onions. Sauté until onions turn translucent.

Add chopped mushrooms and green chili. Cook until the moisture from the mushrooms evaporates and they are cooked through. Allow the mixture to cool.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked mushroom mixture, grated paneer, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, chopped coriander leaves, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix everything well to form a uniform mixture.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kababs or patties.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the kababs in the pan. Cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy.

Once cooked, transfer the kababs onto a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil.

Serve hot with mint chutney, yogurt dip, or any sauce of your choice.

Enjoy your delicious mushroom cheese kababs!
